We sometimes take photos and videos in order to document matches, for training purposes, and to share on the Blaze WhatsApp group. We would like your permission to take and use photographs and videos of your child for the following purposes.

Purposes:

• Team and individual player photos for display on the team’s website and social media pages.
• Photos and videos for use in local newspapers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Documentation of team events, matches, and training sessions for team records and celebration of achievements.

Limitations:

• These photos and videos will not be used for commercial purposes.
• Your child’s personal information will not be disclosed without your consent.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the team management in writing, or emailing the Club Secretary at info@weetwoodblaze.com.

Weetwood Blaze FC will take all steps to ensure that images are used only for the purposes for which they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately, please inform us immediately.
